COTTAGE AMENITIES

Each cottage is approximately 550 sq.ft and can accomodate 6-8.  Both cottages are completely furnished and recently refurbished. BRAND NEW BATHTUB AND SHOWER INSTALLED IN EACH UNIT in the winter of 2016.  Each cottage have two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and other two twins. Both have bathtub with shower. There is small dinette area. The kitchen is fully equipped - just bring groceries and you are all set. Each living room has a sleeper sofa, a couch and a beautiful view of lake. They are both equipped with cable TV in all rooms and FREE WI-FI internet. Also in each living room is a stereo radio CD player for your use. The best feature of the cottage is our spacious screened, in porches which have breathtaking views of lake.  Step outside and you are just a few steps away from the lake...

NOTE:  We are members of the MLRA (Monticello Lakes Resort Association). All guests will receive a passcode for a discount at Indiana Beach Amusement Park.

INDIANA BEACH AMUSEMENT PARK

Indiana Beach is an amusement park and resort located on Lake Shafer in Monticello, Indiana.  The resort was developed by the Spackman family who owned it from 1926-2008. Newly renovated in 2016, the conic Indiana tourist attraction is got a brand new look just in time for Memorial Day.
